Prior to stepping out with his solo music, the artist had established himself as an engaging songwriter and performer as part of Adelaide indie group Pinkish Blu; an outfit that allowed KANADA THE LOOP to develop as a strong lyricist and natural leader. An early investment in music was born out of the Luritja artist’s church upbringing; with parents also musically inclined, KANADA THELOOP developed a passion for multi-instrumentation watching church bands as a child.

As he grew up and entered his formative years, the landscape around him changed. The introduction of pop, pop-punk and heavier styles of music began to influence a young KANADA THE LOOP – the experimental nature of all three lands laying the foundation for the confident artistry he has developed today. In 2022 KANADA THE LOOP has come through with the dynamic single release ‘JANUARY’ with latest track ‘LIFE ON MARS’ continuing to showcase his exciting musical evolution
